1. Promoter
The promoter is Sleep Electric Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 16 616 382 319).
2. Eligibility
Entry is only open to residents of eligible delivery postcodes in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia who are aged 18 years or over.
The prize includes delivery and installation by Sleep Electric’s specialist teams. As these services are only available within defined delivery zones, residents of the Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Tasmania are not eligible to enter.
A full list of eligible delivery postcodes is provided at the end of these Terms & Conditions.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Sleep Electric are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The promotion commences on 03/12/2025 and closes on 23/12/2025 at 11:59PM GMT+11 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is required to enter this promotion.
To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:
• Follow @SleepElectricAU on Instagram or https://www.facebook.com/sleepelectricau
• Comment on the official giveaway post; and
• Complete the entry via the automated message link (DM) sent by Sleep Electric to confirm their details.
Only entries with a valid email submitted through the official message link will be accepted. Entry is limited to one per person. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
Entrants must reside in one of the eligible delivery postcodes listed below.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Sleep Electric adjustable bed and lift chair package valued at $8,790 AUD. The model and configuration will be determined by Sleep Electric.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Delivery and installation are included only within the eligible delivery postcodes listed in these Terms & Conditions.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by a manual random draw overseen by a Sleep Electric representative within 10 business days of promotion closing.
The draw will take place in Melbourne, Australia and will be recorded for verification.
The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message within 5 business days of the draw.
Unclaimed Prize:
If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days, a redraw will be conducted at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified within 5 business days.
7. Publication
The winner’s first name, last initial and state may be published on Sleep Electric’s website and/or social media pages.
8. General Conditions
Sleep Electric may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits false or misleading information.
Entrants agree that Sleep Electric may contact them for the purposes of administering the promotion, including notifications, verification requests or other operational matters. Entrants may also be contacted about related product updates, offers or promotional opportunities, but only where they have provided consent to receive such communications. Entrants may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
If the prize becomes unavailable, Sleep Electric may substitute a prize of equal or higher value.
Sleep Electric is not responsible for technical problems, network failures, or delays outside its control.
